The web chat widget. When a business embeds our chat widget on its website, the widget does not set cookies. It uses browser storage on that website ( br_visitor_*, br_conv_*, br_last_* ) solely to remember the visitor and keep the conversation continuous between page loads. No cross-site tracking is performed.
