Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BotReply, a multi-channel AI customer-engagement platform for WhatsApp, Telegram, web chat, and connected lead marketplaces ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must comply with the policies of every platform you connect — including Meta's WhatsApp Business terms, Telegram's terms, and the terms of lead marketplaces such as IndiaMART and TradeIndia — at all times.

• Eligibility — you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
• Account security — keep your API keys and channel credentials private.
• Compliance — adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business messaging policies, including customer opt-in requirements, and the policies of every other channel you connect.
• Customer consent — obtain any consent required from your customers before messaging them through the platform.
• Content — you own and are responsible for the content your agents send and the knowledge base you upload.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment partners, Razorpay and PhonePe. Prices are subject to applicable taxes (GST) as shown at checkout, and a tax invoice is issued for every payment. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. You agree not to misuse BotReply. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

BotReply, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by BotReply and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription term.

BotReply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotReply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

BotReply integrates with third-party platforms and services, including the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), Twilio, Telegram, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and payment gateways. BotReply is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.; all other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, and your access through BotReply depends on those platforms continuing to make their APIs available. By connecting a platform account or providing its credentials, you authorize us to access it on your behalf solely to provide the service. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, including the suspension of your accounts on those platforms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
